Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils or other aroma compounds with claims for psychological or physical healing. It works by inhaling the aroma of the oils by nose or by absorbing the oil into the skin. It promotes relaxation, helps improve sleep quality, relieve stress or anxiety, ease muscle pain and joint pain, improve respiratory infections, digestive upset, skin problems, cancer and fatigue. Studies show that aromatherapy dates back to ancient Egyptian times when women of great wealth wore oils and perfumes to cleanse the skin and to show their status and wealth. The French and German started using aromatherapy to fight diseases like tuberculosis and infected wounds. Nowadays aromatherapy is becoming a big thing. You can buy diffusers in all different shapes and sizes and so many different oils from lemon to pine  oil.  Aromatherapy has gotten so big that the prices for essential oils, fragrances and candles are the highest they have ever been. 1 small bottle of oil can be as much as $20.00 depending on what kind and how rare the oil is. You can even get multiple oils in a deal at the price of 1 oil.
